'What fantastic support from the Encompass Careers Alliance, they have been committed  to ensuring that all of our Year 11 students received the appropriate level of information, advice and guidance to enable them to make well informed decisions about their future education and careers. Thanks for your continued support with our Careers Education!'

Upper Batley High School

'As a school working with Encompass Careers Alliance, we feel it has given our learners more information on their career pathways; they have received personalised and up to date information at all times.'

'Scott gave me some really useful information that I would not have thought to find out about regarding my career choice'

'I learnt that if I wanted to do my career choice then I would have to work harder in my subjects.'

Darton Academy

Encompass Careers Alliance worked with year 11 students at Darton Academy who have been identified as potential University candidates through the HEPPSY initiative. The students involved had careers interviews with a particular focus on their post-18 ambitions, as far as Higher Education was concerned. Discussions centered around their possible career routes, access to Higher Education and guidance with regards to these routes. The students involved found these careers interviews extremely useful and informative and, they felt, helped to equip them with guidance and information over and above the normal careers interviews received in year 11.

'As a school, we have found the time given from Encompass Careers Alliance invaluable. Despite having an in house Careers Advisor, this role is not dedicated to 1-1 interviews alone. Therefore, having support from external providers who can commit this time, solely to advising pupils on a 1-1 basis has been a great help'
